That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to Updates to New Chemicals Regulations Under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA)
(89 Fed. Reg. 102773 (December 18, 2024)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
