To amend the Public Health Service Act to expand coverage for adult children.
Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Launching with Healthcare Act
.
Sec. 2. Extending required dependent coverage
(a) In general
Section 2714(a) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300gg–14(a)) is amended by striking 26
and inserting 31
.
(b) Effective date
The amendment made by subsection (a) shall apply with respect to plan years beginning after December 31, 2026.
