A BILL

To establish Golden Sea Bream as an acceptable market name for Stenotomus chrysops.

Section 1. Golden Sea Bream as acceptable market name

A food shall not be treated as misbranded, adulterated, or otherwise in violation of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 301 et seq.) because the food is labeled or marketed using the name Golden Sea Bream for the species Stenotomus chrysops.
