To repeal section 704(b)(12) of the Office of National Drug Control Policy Reauthorization Act of 1998, and for other purposes.
Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Evidence-Based Drug Policy Act of 2025
.
Sec. 2. Repeal of section 704(b)(12) of the Office of National Drug Control Policy Reauthorization Act of 1998
Section 704(b)(12) of the Office of National Drug Control Policy Reauthorization Act of 1998 (21 U.S.C. 1703(b)(12)) is repealed.
