A BILL

To codify Executive Order 14292 relating to Improving the Safety and Security of Biological Research.

Section 1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the Executive Order 14292 Act of 2025.

Sec. 2. Codification of Executive Order

Executive Order 14292 (relating to Improving the Safety and Security of Biological Research (signed on May 5, 2025)) shall have the force and effect of law.
