A BILL

To codify Executive Order 14280 (related to reinstating common sense school discipline policies).

Section 1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the EO 14280 Act of 2025.

Sec. 2. Codification of Executive Order 14280

Executive Order 14280 (90 Fed. Reg. 17533; Reinstating Commonsense School Discipline Policies) shall have the force and effect of law.
