A BILL

To codify Executive Order 14285, titled Unleashing America’s Offshore Critical Minerals and Resources.

Section 1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the EO 14285 Act of 2025.

Sec. 2. Codification of Executive Order 14285

Executive Order 14285 (90 Fed. Reg. 17735, relating to seabed mineral resource development) shall have the force and effect of law.
