A BILL
To amend title 10, United States Code, to repeal the restriction on the use of funds and facilities of the Department of Defense for abortion care.
Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Military Access to Reproductive Care and Health for Military Servicemembers Act
or the MARCH for Military Servicemembers Act
.
Sec. 2. Repeal of restriction on use of funds and facilities of Department of Defense for abortion care
Section 1093 of title 10, United States Code, is repealed.
