A BILL
To provide that the rule submitted by the Department of Labor relating to Updating the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts Regulation
shall have no force or effect.
Section 1. Disapproval of regulation
The final rule submitted by the Department of Labor relating to Updating the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts Regulation
(88 Fed. Reg. 57526 (August 23, 2023)) shall have no force or effect.
