A BILL
To repeal a prohibition against the use of funds for site acquisition, development, or construction of any facility in Israel, Jerusalem, or the West Bank.
Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Keeping Official Territories Eligible for Land-use Act
or the KOTEL Act
.
Sec. 2. Repeal of prohibition
Section 414 of the Omnibus Diplomatic Security and Antiterrorism Act of 1986 (22 U.S.C. 4862) is repealed.
