To codify Executive Order 14331 on fair banking.

Section 1. Codification of Executive Order on fair banking

Executive Order 14331, titled Guaranteeing Fair Banking for All Americans (90 Fed. Reg. 38925; published August 12, 2025), shall have the force and effect of law.
