Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Restoring the United States Department of War Act

Sec. 2. Codification of Executive Order 14347
Executive Order 14347 (90 Fed. Reg. 17508; relating to restoring the United States Department of War) shall have the force and effect of law.
