To codify Executive Order 14212, relating to establishing the President’s Make America Healthy Again Commission.
Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Make America Healthy Again Act of 2025
.
Sec. 2. Codification of Executive Order 14212
Executive Order 14212 (90 Fed. Reg. 9833; relating to establishing the President’s Make America Healthy Again Commission) shall have the force and effect of law.
