Ms. Barragán (for herself, Mr. Tonko, Mr. Carson, Ms. Norton, Ms. Ocasio-Cortez, Ms. Tlaib, Ms. Stansbury, Ms. Ansari, Mr. Grijalva, Mr. Huffman, Ms. Jayapal, and Ms. McClellan) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Energy and Commerce, and in addition to the Committees on Natural Resources, and Science, Space, and Technology, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned
To codify Executive Order 14096 relating to revitalizing our Nation’s commitment to environmental justice for all.
Section 1. Codification of Executive Order 14096
Executive Order 14096 (88 Fed. Reg. 25251; relating to revitalizing our Nation’s commitment to environmental justice for all) shall have the force and effect of law.
