To codify Executive Order 14243 (relating to stopping waste, fraud, and abuse by eliminating information silos).
Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Eliminating Information Silos Act of 2025
.
Sec. 2. Codification of Executive Order 14243
Executive Order 14243 (90 Fed. Reg. 13681; relating to stopping waste, fraud, and abuse by eliminating information silos) shall have the force and effect of law.
