To amend title 54, United States Code, apply certain National Historic Preservation Act requirements to the White House, and for other purposes.
Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the People’s White House Historic Preservation Act

Sec. 2. Inapplicability of division
Section 307104 of title 54, United States Code, is amended—

by striking the White House or its grounds
