A BILL
To amend title 38, United States Code, to allow a surviving spouse of a Medal of Honor recipient to receive a special pension concurrently with dependency and indemnity compensation, and for other purposes.
Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Sergeant Gary Beikirch Medal of Honor Act
.
Sec. 2. Modification of Medal of Honor special pension provisions to allow concurrent benefits
Section 1562(a)(2) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking subparagraph (C).
