To amend title 4, United States Code, to require the flag to be flown at half-staff on the first Friday and Saturday after the full Moon that occurs on or after the spring equinox, and for other purposes.
Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Good Friday Act of 2026

Sec. 2. Position and manner of flag display
Section 7(m) of title 4, Unites States Code, is amended by inserting The flag shall be flown at half-staff on the first Friday and Saturday after the full Moon that occurs on or after the spring equinox.
