To adjust the boundaries of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area to include the Scarper Ridge property.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Scarper Ridge Golden Gate National Recreation Area Boundary Adjustment Act
.
Sec. 2. Scarper Ridge boundary adjustment
Section 2(a)(2) of Public Law 92–589 (16 U.S.C. 460bb–1(a)(2)) is amended by adding at the end the following:
