To increase the apportionment of formula grants for small transit intensive cities.
Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Small Communities Transit Improvement Act

Sec. 2. Increase percentage of formula for small transit intensive cities
Section 5336(h)(3) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by striking 3 percent
and inserting 5 percent
