Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the States' Right to Regulate AI Act
.
Sec. 2. No Federal funds for Executive order relating to State regulation of artificial intelligence
No Federal funds may be used to implement, administer, or enforce the Executive order entitled Ensuring a National Policy Framework for Artificial Intelligence
, issued on December 11, 2025.
