Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Regional Ocean Partnerships Reauthorization Act of 2026
.
Sec. 2. Reauthorization of regional ocean partnerships
Section 10202 of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 (16 U.S.C. 1468) is amended—
(1)
in subsection (g)—

in paragraph (1), by inserting and not later than 5 years after the date of enactment of the Regional Ocean Partnerships Reauthorization Act of 2026,
after this Act,

Section 10202 of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 (16 U.S.C. 1468) is amended—

in subsection (a)(2), by striking the term Coastal state in section
and inserting the term coastal state in section
